DAVID'S KITCHEN
The work is in progress, its creation is taking place!
"David's Kitchen is a multisensory installation, incorporating elements of sound, visuals, and experience, spread across 3/4 rooms or 3 /4 boxes. It invites a profound reflection on our understanding of perception and vision, urging us to question what we truly see and how deeply we engage with it.
Within this space, the author explores the concept of space as the sum and union of its parts, considering them as foundational elements for a complete visual experience. Drawing inspiration from powerful material images, the artist digitally reimagines and then physically reinterprets them, presenting the reader with an alternative reality grounded in abstraction and material synthesis.
Reality is reevaluated not merely through sight but also through touch and smell, expanding the visual experience beyond a flat and unchanging perspective to one that is both livable and comprehensible. The level of abstraction is such that even a single scent can evoke a specific environment or emotion."
