EMPTY
Death is never what one expects.
But what do you expect if you don't believe in anything?
In the media, death is often accompanied by dramatizations or explanations of the aftermath, but in real life everything stops abruptly.
The experiential installation includes a room, headphones
with noise reduction and a sofa inside:
the spectator is invited to sit. put on your headphones and observe
the screening of a real-life film. After about 2 or 3 minutes, everything stops in the least rhythmic way possible. Darkness and silence envelop the viewer for a few moments. But what is striking
it is the sudden moment: it is death that has come, without warning
and without dramatization.
It is "EMPTY", the emptiness that is experienced.
The narrative it tries to tell is determined by the experience that the viewer lives, and it is essential that they are respected
the conditions for its implementation in order to make the user experience completely engaging.
